REQUIREMENTS TO RETRIEVE A UNIT TOWED

1. PROOF OF OWNERSHIP
2. PROOF OF AUTHORIZATION
- Valid government issued identification.
- Current registration or valid title. In the name of person claiming ownership ,(clear) of additional signatures in the areas designated for title transfer.
2. PROOF OF AUTHORIZATION
- Notarized letter authorizing release.
- Notarized photocopy of drivers license of actual registered owner on file with FL. DHSMV.
COMMERCIAL & CAR RENTAL COMPANIES
BUSINESS OWNERSHIP: Authorizations for release of units under business ownership. An original notarized letter on company letterhead releasing a specific unit, the year, the make, the model, the vehicle identification (VIN) number, contact information, name of authorized person to release the unit to and a hold of harmless letter from business to VIP Towing Corp. Authorized person must have a VALID driver license an/or VALID passport stamped into US Customs.
RENTAL OWNERSHIP: Any rental car that is to be released to the contracted renter MUST have the following information to protect not only VIP Towing Corp, but the rental car company. Authorizations for release of units under rental ownership. An original notarized letter on company letterhead releasing a specific unit, the year, the make, the model, the vehicle identification (VIN) number, contact information, name of specific authorized person to release the unit to and a hold of harmless letter from business to VIP Towing Corp. Authorized person must have a VALID driver license an/or VALID passport stamped into US Customs.
